Michelle Helen Lombardo was born in Glastonbury, Connecticut, to parents Peter and Janice Lombardo on September 16, 1983. Michelle Lombardo had her big breakthrough in 2004 when she won the inaugural Sports Illustrated Fresh Face contest. From there, she has posed in a bunch of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues, and has appeared in the movie Click and the TV shows Entourage and Californication.
