Upload Images & Videos

1. Click Upload in the menu at the top if it is not already selected.

Note: If you are a member, sign in to your account. If you do not sign in to your account, images and videos you upload are not associated with your account. See Members: Upload Images & Videos.

2. Enter the File location, or click Browse... to look for the image or video file on your computer.

Notes:

• Image files cannot be larger than 1600 pixels (either width or height). Images that are too large are resized to the largest acceptable size.
• Acceptable Images types are: jpg, png, gif, base 64 encoded image, or bmp.
• Video files cannot be larger than 100 Megabytes or longer than 5 minutes. If you upload a video longer than 5 minutes it will be truncated to 5 minutes.
• Acceptable video types are: 3g2, 3gp, 3gp2, 3gpp, 3p, asf, avi, divx, dv, dvx, flv, moov, mov, mp4, mpeg4, mpg4, mpe, mpeg, mpg, qt, wmv, xvid, rm

3. Enter Tags that describe the image or video. Tags are optional. You can enter up to 50 characters, but no HTML.

Notes:

• If you do not enter a tag for a video in step 3, you cannot tag the video later unless you are a TinyPic member.
• Tags are not uploaded to the database immediately.

4. Choose the File Type.
5. Resize the image if necessary (videos cannot be resized). Remember, the bigger a poor quality image is, the worse it looks.
6. Click UPLOAD NOW! to upload your image or video.
